Welcome to InChorus
InChorus was founded in 2008 in Peebles in the Scottish Borders. Andrew Russel encouraged the community to form a modern choir singing contemporary music. 97 people turned up to the opening rehearsal, and the choir remains 100-strong today.
The singers represent all 16 years of age and upwards and backgrounds and joined for many different reasons, and in its first two years the choir has transformed from ‘a group of people interested in singing’ into a powerful choir capable of entertaining a broad range of audiences.
